from what we know he will have the 6 paths ability (or at least mastery of preta and outer path)
he has senju dna and watered wood style
and he has the perfect sussano and the EMS

all qualities of people i mentioned above that is why i pitted them against him

Well, I still don't think thats enough information given up to this point we haven't really seen how strategic Madara is in a fight since he fought pretty recklessly as an Edo, knowing he couldn't be hurt. But just given the fact that he seemed pretty confident that becoming mortal again against the entire Shinobi world would work out for him, I'd say he defeats them.

But just given the fact that he seemed pretty confident that becoming mortal again against the entire Shinobi world would work out for him, I'd say he defeats them.

Nagato absorbs any ninjutsu Madara uses while Tsunade and Sasuke blitz him until they break through the almighty push time limit. Tsunade breaks susanoo also

Nagato makes it overkill. His Gakido will constantly absorb Madara's Susano'o and alive Madara lacks the unlimited chakra of an Edo Tensei, slowly tiring him. And Nagato can match Perfect Susano'o swings with his Shinra Tensei, giving an opening to Sasuke.

Any other jutsu is irrelevant.
