Kenjutsu - i suppose both habe basic anbu training with a blade but since kakashi had his dads white fang blade since he was a kid , i say Kakashi

Ninjutsu- Kakashi knows 1,000+ jutsu from all elements while itachi is limited to fire & water

Sharingan- Offensive Kamui snipe counters amateratsu and sends it back at itachi.
Itachi has susanoo wit yata and totsuka tho so idk you decide

The consensus was MS Kakashi wins. Kakashi has improved considerably during the war-arc, his kamui becoming much more lethal gives him the edge.
