could part 2 Neji perform a Rotation like Hiashi ?

now lets take a look at Hiashi's enormous Rotation

I believe that Neji might be able to perform a Rotation that is the same or near that size.

since Hiashi's databook states when he performed it were:
Ninjutsu : 3.5 , Taijutsu : 4.5 , Speed : 4 , Stamina : 4

and part 2 Neji's states are :
Ninjutsu : 4 , Taijutsu : 4.5 , speed : 4.5 , Stamina : 3.5

and Rotation is a technique where the user is releasing a large amount of chakra. meaning it is more like Nin-Taijutsu

in order to perform the Jutsu, you need to build up Chakra, and the Chakra is released when mixing both spiritual energy and physical energy, which are both known collectively as "stamina". then you need to control this Chakra to perform the Jutsu.

sure Neji has less stamina, but then again Neji has a superior Ninjutsu, and chakra control is a Ninjutsu skill. Neji is more skilled in creating and controlling Chakra. meaning he can release as much Chakra even with less stamina

Hiashi's stamina is 4 , which is superior to Neji's by 0.5 . and Neji's Ninjutsu is 4 , which is superior to Hiashi's by 0.5 .that's why I think that their Rotation is equal.

good point, but the real question is, why didn't Hiashi use a big rotation ?

their both Rotations were equal, and they were not near the size of the Rotation that Hiashi performed in part 1. my guess is, that they didn't have enough Stamina to perform a big one, since you know, they were in a war fighting day and night, and some of Neji's Chakra got absorbed by a Zetsu, and even when he was exhausted,

so yeah , I think if Neji was in his full state with 100% stamina, I think that he would be able to perform a Rotation that is the same or near that size

I mean just look at it, it is even bigger than half a Susanoo in size

if you focused on the size of Hiashi and Madara , you would find that Hiashi's Rotation is bigger than this version of Susanoo

With those stats he likely has the potential to, but it will never be known if he actually accomplished it.

It's the same as Sasuke or Naruto learning earth style jutsus. Sure they could, but they haven't.

I don't know about that , I don't think that it is the same case. Naruto and Sasuke have the potential to learn any jutsu, but they haven't, maybe because they didn't wanted to.

but we are speaking about Neji's level in Rotation . a Jutsu that he had already learned and mastered, and I think that the level of his Jutsu have increased in part 2. I think maybe his Rotation level is the same as Hiahi's Rotation level based on Databook states

this all makes sense. I think he's capable too, and maybe he didn't use it in the war as it would just deplete his stamina fast, the war lasted days so one has to be able to conserve and still be effective.
Also remember he was mainly drained from keeping Byakugan active almost all the time(even keeping night watch), so it'd be unwise to also overspend in battle with the rotation technique

I doubt that Neji was on par with Hiashi, since we didn't see Neji performing the air fist wall palm, but you can say that Neji definitely had the potential to surpass him in a young age.
