Loosing appetite, not getting enough ingredients of each, strong refusal of eating and to the point to avoid anything. He of course eats, but not all kind of things needing, and not much, too much work for too less food, blood can't really keep up flowing fast, cough blood. This might not be true since I'm not a biology expert.
I correct my post, everything is possible with Orochimaru, if he managed to cell him well good, even stopping him from breaking loose, then yes? Perhaps.
