This is why. If he really wanted to couldn't he just suck them in to his dimension with kamui and just left them there until they starved to death. This wouldnt work against edo's or Kakashi of course but most other ninjas how could they counter this?

i dont think so kamui can be usefull vs some of them but not for all of them hes tec was put on the light by danzos subordinates they figure it out in minutes and minato took more kakashi the same so i guess not shikamaru would probably counter it by using his tecs he once got obito with his shadow tec.

They're comparable though.
Regular Obito w/ his Mangekyo probably looses to Itachi, but
Itachi would probably loose to Obito w/ Mangekyo and Rinnegan.

I thought about it and I think I just answered my own question. Doesn't it say somewhere in the manga that obito's intangiblity only lasts for about ten minutes because thats the amount of time that he can remain in the dimension. I guess it would be the same rule if he sucked someone else in to.

I don't think there is really many who can defeat obito 1v1 simply because of his hax s/t jutsu. It would take a ninja with incredible speed and reflexes like the 4th hokage to beat him. A ninja that simply has powerful jutsu going for them will have a harder time winning. (for instance, sasuke, he's smart and relatively fast but relies on powerful techs like amaterasu and susanoo, which obito could nullify anyway)
