Could Obito have manipulated Danzo and the elder's decision?

I can't remember which chapter but Obito stated that he had met Danzo at one point, so is it possible that Obito manipulated his and the elders's decision? Or maybe they cooperated with each other in bringing down the Uchiha since it was beneficial for both? Also Danzo being there at Yahiko's death is suspicious, maybe Obito had a role in that too?

Op is talking about pre uchiha massacre, Danzo didnt have KA until after the it.

Obito knew about KA and knew When danzo obtained it. but he clearly wasnt afraid of it unlike he was against itachi
