I'm sure you can mix Wind/Water in others way's than Haku Did.

According to the myth behind the monkey king enma, He has cloud release and i think thats created from Wind+water style.

That's true, naruto could also make the water moves faster & stronger by adding wind :y

Was it ever said that Haku's style used specifically water and wind to make ice?
It seems likely... I'd just like to see proof though, as that battle was a long time ago.

Deidaras explosive release is actually a Kekkai Tota with earth, water and fire IMO
It makes sense for water and fire to mix with his bombs to make steam with the explosion (or something like that), but I don't think he had KKT. Otherwise it would have been pointed out and made him even more significant. Mei was the first one to have it sadly, but I'm not so sure about Deidara.

I actually thought that the earth and the water made the clay and the fire would be the boom, but I never thought of the steam

And btw guys, Naruto can't learn Ice release, it's the KKG of the Yuki Clan, the best he can do with water and wind is make water moves stronger with the wind

I actually was pissed when no ninja from the cloud village knew a cloud style jutsu, can you imagine the havoc of stormclouds at ground level?

I imagine tall characters would have to deal with a lot of 'How's the weather up there' puns.

Gale Style is the closest thing. Well in one of the movies Gale Style summoned storm clouds.

Not necessarily... 01) Darui has his Storm Release and 02) Oonoki and Muu use the Dust Release

01) Which is his Bloodline Limit, which nobody else can use.

02) The Dust Release is a Bloodline Selection, which can be used by anyone that possesses those three elements.

Not always, Deidara (presumably) has Earth and Fire, but he doesn't have lava release.

Well, presumably doesn't work, because Deidara has only Earth Release.

If I remember, didn't Naruto and Yamato mix water to a Rasengan when they met Kakuzu? And didn't it create a typhoon?

That's just a technique combination.

When Shippuden came out, I thought Naruto was going to gain water as well as wind. I think of wind and water when I hear the word hurricane. I'd be a cool combination, and he'd be able to counter both Sasuke's lightning and fire affinities.

No, they're a KKG, which HAS to betwo elements, earth just happens to be dominant. The onlyother elemant that makes sense is fire.

Actually it's not fire, it's lightning. C4 is a clay-like substance that is ignited by an electrical charge
