without Juubi the source of chakra in the world won't exist anymore
without chakra shinobis can't use jutsus anymore
no jutsus=>no shinobis
no shinobis=no circle of hatred, no more pain, revenge, etc, Nagato and Jiraiya's ideals of peace come true and they become happy soul
everybody becomes laughter, everywhere is peace, etc etc

what do you think about this?

Hmm... Still leaves possibilities but thanks for the info. I just don't think if the Juubi was destroyed everybody would lose their ability to use chakra. I could be wrong though, and then the Samurai would rise.
