Could naruto destroy the leaf village?

If they didnt expect him to attack then sure, Konoha is owned. But with knowledge they could come up with some plan to stop him.

He attacked the village without warning, the people had no idea of their abilities and most of the most powerful people, namely team guy, the hyuugas, and Danzo/root were missing.

I would say the village would have a better time against naruto knowing all of his abilities and such.
