Id say Naruto at this point.... but Itachi could potentially win due to Tsukuyomi.

Naruto now has the speed and power to avoid Amaterasu and neutralise Susano.... but Itachi's Tsukuyomi aint your average genjutsu... and yes he has a bijuu inside... but we have seen that Bee still got caught for a moment in Sasuke's genjutsu and Itachi's ''regular'' genjutsu. With Itachi's tsukuyomi happenning much faster than anything else, the chance of it working as intended would proove to be fatal or at least devastating enough to put Naruto on his knees.

Naruto has far more power, but Itachi is easily one of the most brilliant fighters in the manga and as he has shown in the fight with Edo Nagato and Kabuto, power is not the only factor in a fight.

But I still think Naruto would win, it would be rough though.

I think Naruto would win. Not easily, but he would prevail. Itachi himself stated he couldn't stop Sasuke and that he's leaving it to Naruto. Perhaps he meant that Nonly Naruto is powerful enough and strong enough to implying that Itachi acknowledges Naruto is stronger. Just an idea though xD

Naruto cannot fight with his eyes closed. He isn't Kabuto and he doesn't have his reflexes, massive intellect and knowledge. Kabuto's sage mode is tailor made to counteract sharingan, so it doesn't follow that Naruto's will be able to just because Kabuto could.
