Could Naruto and Sasuke defeat the entire Shinobi world?

I don't know man. I believe the ENTIRE shinobi world could defeat them from pure numbers possibly.

IT wrecked the planet due to Solo Glare but without that 1 shot capability I believe the world could give them a real fight.

The shinobi alliance survived Juubi's onslaught which was a lot more terrible than Naruto and Sasuke's VOTE 2 Output.

Yeah I include JJ Madara and the likes .the strongest version of every shinobi have been introduced once .
