[Discussion] Could Naruto actually lose this battle?

I've been wondering, set aside the fact he's the main hero and just won't lose the final battle no matter what.

Could he actually lose the battle, if there was no plot no jutsu? Can Obito or Madara defeat him?

Obito smashed him to the ground with his four element jutsu, all the way from the top of the tree, and he took no damage.

His chakra is infinite thanks to Kurama, and he can just draw energy from nature and go sage mode if necessary.

His health regeneration also seems to be infinite. He still isn't bruised from the whole battle.

He's got Minato and Tobirama teleporting him away from deadly one shot attacks.

And finally, even if he does get hit by something insanely strong, 99% of the time he'll magically become a Kage Bunshin and appear somewhere else.


So... can Naruto even lose at all? Where's the risk he's taking here? Isn't this a one sided battle?

Yes let him lose and every one dies then madara and obito can spend every day for the rest.of their lives. Together discussing how great it is now that there is no war and civilization will end unless one knocks up the other I doubt that one tho. Imagine the conversations they could have (Madara) can't belive you said stop don't come inside me lol. (Obito) well atleast I didn't want hashi's wood hehehe.

The answer to you question is this sage mode protect his body while bijuu mode heal him. The reason he can't lose this battle is this if he loses it, they all finish.

If there was no PNJ, Naruto and the entire army would have lost a very, very long time ago. In fact Naruto would have flat out died when Madara was first revived, because plot was the only thing that saved him from the meteor.

Its a work of fiction, its not like there is another world where this is all happening, its all just drawings so no, he can't possibly lose since none of them have free will or anything like that.

Without "plot" on his side I think he'd eventually lose. Sure it'd be a long drawn out battle but he'd still lose. I don't like Madara but if begins to spam astroids and shit lol there goes the alliance. . .if not the entire Naruto-verse world lol.

The concept of invincible doesn't exist in Narutoverse. Itachi told this countless times, so I'll put it straight... Yes. He can be defeated EASILY.

A very simple method would be, for instance, using Rinnegan to suck his chakra until he gets dry. It happened in the past when Naruto fought against Nagato. Kurama would need too much time to refill his chakra reserves, and this would be the best moment for Madara to kill Naruto.

I still wonder if Madara could use Banshou Ten'in to attract Naruto and get rid of Naruto's chakra.

Believe me, I think the war is not over yet... and Kishimoto will bring us something like that to put us on tension.
