It was tech his eye in first place that madara attained the rinnigan so could it bring him back ??

Good question. I smell a plot hole. But I think he would have had to sacrifice his life to get isuna back and even if he did who's to say ish a would be brought back in his prime or just a decrepit old man ready to die off again. We've never had the oppurtunity to see someone get brought back that has been dead for a while. It's not like the reanimation jutsu
