Could Minato Namikaze be either Senju or Uzumaki descendant?

It would make more sense since he is somewhat a Second Hokage. Sensing, Hiraishin, and he has his own original jutsu the Rasengan which is Spiralling Sphere. He also has a knack for sealing art so I don't think it's that much of a coincidence.

Rasengan got its name based on what it is... A spiralling sphere. I think he just greatly admired Lawd Swagrama and followed his example, especially when it came to combat.
