Could Minato have escaped Obito's Kamui if he was sucked?

No he can't, I think obito knew what minato's powers was maybe from madara who fought tobirama before

Fu and Torren, Danzo's gaurds were traped in that pocket dimension and placed under genjutsu while they where in that dimension...
Meaning if Minato was caught and send to that dimension he wouldn't be able to escape coz he would be under some form of genjutsu.

Your right but the thing is Minato is extremely fast, as soon as he realizes that he's in that dimension(which for is probably half a second) he will teleport out.

There's no immediate genjutsu and Minato could get out and here's how. Only when obito opens the link between that dimension and our own that is when Minato could sense his tags again and teleport out.
When you look at Obito's ems it looks like he unplugs it and all its contents spill out at a high rate of speed. Well Minato could ride the wave if Obito went ems OR if obito just tries regular absorbtion Minato could "swim upstream" and teleport out.
