he wouldn't be to make it anywhere neer space because of these reasions

1.he would get to the hight point where he wouldn't be able to use his muscles correctly to even throw an FTG kunai.

2.at a surten hight the gravity would become to stronger it would just force the Kunai down meaning he himself will fall to his death

3. If somehow the first two magicly wouldent affect Kabuto the lack of oxigen he get gets to high up would crush his lungs and he would die

4. If that 3rd one somehow didint get him then he would just freeze to death when he gets to high

I don't think he could. Ninja are pretty strong so I bet he could throw the kunai pretty high in the air and when it reaches it's peak he'd ftg to it and throw another. But soon he'd find it hard to breath and he'd lose strength fast and then he'd plummet to earth at friggin high speeds.

If we don't take in to account all of that then yeah, he could use FTG to reach outer space

Of course he can for one/all of the following reasons:

1) Katon: Will of Fire no jutsu - instant win regardless of the situation, things like lack of oxygen, freezing temperature and lethal sunrays are invalid when faced with Konoha's Will of Fire

2) Plot no jutsu - need I say more? Kishi loves him so Minato will never die unless he is sacrificing himself for something so epic that it would make his death the most dramatic thing in the manga.

3) Enormous Fanbase no jutsu - in fact his fanbase is so big that he can use it as a stepping stone to reach Neptune, no need to teleport.

4) Overrated no jutsu - being overrated gives him amazing superpowers. Apparantly he can beat absolutely everyone in the narutoverse and he shits out rainbows. Let's just add 'space survival skills' to it all, I'm sure every true Minato fan would agree.
