Only way Minato defeats susanoo is to avoid it long enough that the user runs out of chakra

We've never seen Minato actually seal a person's chakra. If he could, he would have done so against Tobi. That would have stopped him from even doing his S/T techs. Since Minato didn't do that, then he can't seal a person's chakra.

The thing about teleporting inside of susanoo is that he would have to mark the user and if Minato had already marked them they probably wouldnt have the chance to use susanoo anyways

Not necessary to mark the user directly. He could mark the Susanoo or even a area near the user and his Susanoo and teleport through it by using the radius of FTG

Minato can use FTG to tear off pieaces of susanoo and use Eight Trigrams sealing style to seal it away into an object.
