I forgot what chapter gave me the idea but I remember her getting her ribs smashed while trying to save eren as said by one other the soldiers , but then A few pages after she was healed already with the quickness .. Any ideas ?

If she would actually turn like Hajime draw the rest of the squad if they were titans, I would say yeah probably.
