Before Caliburn bothers I'm fully aware there is nothing solid to the idea it's just something that crossed my mind when I saw Randolph's hat and eyes this chapter.

The glare really got me going, that's a very Mihawk look imo

And he does it often this chapter, pretty much every page he's on.

Doesn't that look similar(not exactly the same though) to this

Then I noticed his hat is just like Mihawks

And they both wear a cape

In summary they have a similar style, have a similar characteristic in the way they stare and are both good with weapons. The outfits made me start thinking maybe they're like a 3 musketeers thing, a sword guy(Mihawk) a spear guy(Randolph) and a gun guy(Not yet shown) and they all wear similar clothing to show they're part of this organization though I'm not saying their partners if that makes any sense.

If this is true then Mihawk hype dies instantly to be associated with this guy :|

Just a similar three musketeers look if you ask me.

More than likely, but I started wondering if maybe there was some group or organization that might wear that style of clothing that Mihawk and Randolph either belong to currently or used to, maybe even a former country's attire for soldiers or something like that. Plus Mihawk still doesn't have a crew, which makes him more awesome but it's still odd, picture seeing a whole crew form up behind him all rocking these capes and feather hats lol.

Maybe people from the country/island he grew up in?

Fair point... But I actually do think he's a mink and I think he was with Pedro when he was defeated when he first came to Whole Cake Island. However Randolph stayed just like how Pekoms did, but Randolph was part of Pedro's squad, one of the musketeers obviously :)

Here's a picture as to whom I think he's like...

Edit: Didn't mean to double post there... But they have the same hat / cape... Also, Carrot's eyes are the exact same as his dude, I do think he is a mink.

I completely forgot about them, good call. That's the more likely of the two I'd say.

Aha, I mean, that's what went through my mind instantly until Carrot said that he wasn't a mink because he can't use electro... How she knows this is beyond me, but have we seen Pedro us it? Or any other mink musketeer? Or are we just going off the statement where it was said that all minks have the ability to produce electro... So many questions, so few pages xD
