Could Madara or Tobi use Izanami too?

I mean, Itachi said himself that Izanami is a Uchiha forbidden jutsu. That means normaly that Uchihas who were able to read the tablet could know how it works also and use it? I think at least that Madara could use it since he is the foundator of Uchiha clan, so they must know all the secrets behind Uchihas jutsu, right?

But why does he not use it then against Kages?:shrug:

There's no proof that Madara can use the two. Possibly, but not till proven otherwise. Same with Tobi and Izanami.

And Tobi has the Rinnegan - therefore he can read just as much as Madara.

i think its obvious that madara can use it idk about tobi he probably can.

i meen seriously this is madara who became one of the strongest shinoboi along side hashirama he was first required to ems its stupid to think he doesnt know izanagi and izanami like seriously.

how can itachi know about it and not madara? thats the question
