Could Madara do medical ninjutsu when he was fighting Hashirama?

Just saying.. If Hashirama could heal his wounds even without forming any seals and Madara couldn't do medical ninjutsu, that would be quite unfair in the battle, to say the least.

That's pretty good but quite honestly it's not the same thing as healing your wounds whenever you want without having to use any movement or tool.

Well, look at Tsunade, her healing is the same as his now and it isn't unbeatable. Granted instant healing + Mokuton is beast but Madara was a master of the freaking sharingan.

I believe this is the ONLY thing which resulted in Hashirama's victory. His healing techniques without the seals were infinitely superior to Tsunade's as Madara commented. This is not a small advantage, but a colossal one, as one person will keep on getting wounded and will eventually tire out but the other will keep on healing himself and without seals at top of that. If you take this away, I doubt Hashirmama would have one.

Not unless master sakura taught him healing jutsu, but madara dosnt have yin release so he cant learn healing techniques
