So if Madara didn't want to fight Sasuke when sasuke comes to the battlefield he can bring Itachi back as an Edo aand controll him to make sasuke join there side

It's more complicated than that.
To start off, We don't know how much Madara knows. He's displayed knowledge of how to break free of the genjutsu and could very well know how to operate it as well. Assuming he does, he would still need a sacrificial ritual body and dna of the ninja he intends on reviving. the latter isn't unlikely for him to get, but the former is... There is no proof that Madara even knows who Itachi is , much less where to get a chunk of his dna

Anything is possible, but it is highly unlikely
