Could Madara be Sasukes great grandfather?

This is just a thought. Madara was the head of the Uchiha clan and so was Sasuke's father. now i know we aren't sure how the role of head of the clan was passed down but usually things like this are passed down from father to firstborn son. Could it be possible that madara is sasukes grandfather or great grandfather? i think that would be a hell of a plot twist and would definitely f*** with sasukes head a lot. What do you guys think? is it possible?

It's possible that Madara is Sasuke's great-grandfather, but it hardly matters. We already know they're related as Uchiha. It wouldn't be a plot twist and Sasuke probably wouldn't care.
