Could Kotoamatsukami control Naruto and other Perfect Jinchuuriki?

We all know Kotoamatsukami is one of the most powerful genjutsu ever seen in Narutoverse, so I was wondering could it be broken by Naruto or a Perfect Jinchuuriki? Since genjutsu can be broken by them.

yeah you are right ...thatz the speciality of kotoamatsukami that no1 realise that he/she is being controlled the victim will always think that they are doing everything with their own will
