yes madara see through clones
but not any ems or above can do that
nagato wasn't able to see through naruto and kakashi's clones although he has riningan
sasuke wasn't able to see through kabuto's clones although he has ems
the only one who can see through clones is madara

The one used on edo Itachi appears to require eye contact. So no it can't one shot anyone, who knows that he must avoid eye contact with an Uchiha.

The other KA, which Danzo used on Mifune, is different. It seems to manipulate the mind of the target, and it can be stopped by the user himself. Itachi's seemed to be permanent, and was kinda turning its target into a puppet, abiding the command set with the eye.

So no Danzou's also can't one shot. Of course you can lure your enemy to believe one thing with it, and thus gaining victory from that, but this requires much more than just using KA. The jutsu alone cannot one shot anybody. I doubt giving the idea of commiting suicide will work, unless some solid food work is put in place first.
