It's not because someone had red hair, that that automatically means he or she is an Uzumaki. Following that logic, all people with blond hair are related, all people with black hair are related and so on. But that isn't the case, now is it?
Honestly it's perfectly possible to have a particular colour of hair without being related to someone.

well the uzumaki survivors spread out to different villages. its possible that other main villages have uzumaki clan ninjaI although i guess all uzumaki would prefer to lie low since they were targeted by other villages for eradication). We cant be sure if anyone is an uzumaki unless kishi states so.

Doubt it, not every red hair have to be one. Would be far too simple if that was the case, and I wonder what villages it might have been that attacked Ushiogakure, if they had been on an extermination campaign and that was the case then their job would have been pretty simple if they could find them hehehe.

But seriously, I don´t think so, but I won´t complain if it´s revealed she is but at this stage I can only doubt.

I would think they'd try to lie low to avoid being detected by the ones who destroyed their country. And yes, it's indeed confirmed that Karin and Nagato are Uzumaki's but that doesn't mean that everyone with red hair is a potential Uzumaki.
And it's possible to have immense chakra reserves without being an Uzumaki - look at Kisame for example.

I doubt there could be many more left from the village - the ones mentioned were indeed spread out, but how big is the chance that every red coloured character is an Uzumaki? That would be lame in my opinion.

but there is nothing to say he isnt distantly related to the uzumaki clan , everyone in the uchiha clan has black hair...they are general trends , but yes you're correct they arent all related , but there is a possibility that any character with red hair could be an uzumaki or distant relative to an uzumaki

Meh, she doesn't look like she has an immense chakra reserve. Problem with this kind of threads is that fans can endlessly speculate about it. Until Kishimoto-sensei confirms something in the manga, there is nothing but speculations which won't ever end.
I just find it hard to believe that for a village that was destroyed, there are many survivors - but I could just be pessimistic like that

I'm not saying Karui is one .. xd just saying that we barely know anything about her. and you're right we can keep on speculating.. but it won't help us any further. only red haired person who could be Uzumaki is Sasori IMO thats all...

about the village: I don't know tbh.. if there were like let's say: 25.000 people in the village and there escaped a few thousand... they get children again and again and so on so it's not completely impossible
