Could Kakashi's Lightning Blade beat Naruto's Rasengan in a clash?

Im talking about a regular rasengan no enhancements but if Naruto and Kakashi clashed with their signature jutsus would it have the same outcome as it did with Sasuke? or would the Lightning Blade prevail and pierce through Naruto's Rasengan?

I would assume any base Chidori and Rasengan would tie and cancel out.

Maybe Raikiri would surpass Rasengan, but it's unclear how much more powerful Raikiri is than Chidori, or if it's even more powerful at all.

Naruto's palm sized rasengan = Sasuke's chidori

Naruto's Oodama rasengan = Kakashi's Raikiri
