For all I know, Madara will remain for now, but I really don't like him being the final villain RIGHT after Obito was the 10 tails Jinchurikki as well. And I feel as though the Naruto vs Sasuke match that we've been waiting for since the end of Part 1 isn't going to happen anymore (at least not a battle with no holds barred).
Personally, I thought Obito (while flawed) was the best choice for the final villain only because his connection to everyone from the beginning of the manga. Madara, on the other hand, was foreshadowed a bit but not emphasized enough (especially since Obito was Madara for half the manga).
so I think the best logical choice would be Kaguya. Unlikely, but she certainly has the motive and power. Not only that, she was introduced as the RDS from Part 1. (I'm assuming we can safely say that it is her). If Orochimaru could break the seal to release the Kage, maybe she could somehow find a way to materialize in the world.
I know this is a REALLY big stretch and unlikely, but I just don't like the idea of Madara being the final villain lol.
