In a nutshell, Sakura is far beyond the scan you posted of Omoi kicking her. He wouldn't get within 10ft of war arc Sakura and that's a fact! So you can hold on to that scan but just know that there are more scans that average that out.

Not a single on of those "feats" where impressive. She's faster than running water, she can overpower a zetsu clone, and beat up dolls.

Meanwhile Ay, Mei,Ohnoki,Tsunade,and Gaara where all battling Madara and destroying Susano clones.

No where in the manga does it say Yin seal boost someone's reflexes or even their combat abilities. That is war-arc Sakura getting punched around by Omoi, there's no change in her fighting ability all thought Shippuden.

Lee most likely can't even touch Ay, forget keeping up with him. And last time I checked Lee can't fly, he gets swallowed under 10 tones of sand, there is literally no place for them to stand in the entire country of wind.

Temari is a level above each one of them besides lee, always have been.

No. Seeing as how each village has bar minimum 10,000 shinobi I Don't see them falling to a small group of 11.

OT: I really can not see them doing that. A village (specially one of the major ones) is an intricate sistema with hundred and thousands of shinobi. And say what you want about fodder, But even the Third Raikage died when there it was too much of them. And there will be too much of them. Remember what Oro said about the Mist village:
