Could Juubito handle 2 Rinnegans

When he got the staff he gained complete control over the Juubi. There's nothing indicating Juubito is having any trouble with the Juubi after he took his second transformation. As far as sharingan goes, he could still use it because he attempted to phase through the rasengan but couldn't.

Did you not see what happened before he regained control ? He was being torn to shreds and consumed by the Juubi's will. He had to focus all his energy on regaining control and afterwards never used his MS or Rinnegan. If he could use dojutsu as a JuubiJin he would've have used it.

As far as sharingan goes, he could still use it because he attempted to phase through the rasengan but couldn't.

He attacked Yamato way before he even faced Naruto. When he was using 6POP we wasn't able to use all Paths because he was focusing all his energy on controlling the bijuu as pointed out by Kakashi.

Then when he became JuubiJin he never used Kamui or 6Path techniques because he had to focus all his energy on controlling the Juubi's power.

He's not a transmigrant therefore never had the ability to use Hagoromo's full power like Madara, he stated one eye was already too overwhelming for him.

he couldn't phase because the Juubi was too large or something of the sort. My point is he could have used other sharingan techs but phasing was impossible. Kishi has always done stuff like make characters seemingly forget techniques as if they couldn't use them. The Juubi was ripping him apart before he gained control. There is zero evidence that Obito used all his energy to tame the Juubi nor is there hard evidence that Juubito can't use dojutsu. If Madara can use his dojutsu I can see no reason why Juubito couldn't.

Yeah, he could. His end goal was to use RinneSharingan to cast the Infinite Tsukuyomi (unless the Shinju itself could use that, since it also has a RinneSharingan). Juubito seemed to plan to use the Shinju to cast the jutsu, whereas Juubidara seemed to need to actually absorb the Shinju. Kishi just couldn't decide what he wanted to do with those powers, and had them spammed everywhere.

I don't think Madara had to absorb it. The Shinju was cut so it commanded him to take it within himself (or should I say, Kaguya). Odds are that allowed him to surface her RinneSharingan through his forehead. Shinju was merged with Kaguya so her RinneSharingan was part of it at the time.
