Him being healthy doesn't change his low chakra levels. Fact of the matter is he doesn't have the chakra levels to beat the entire village.
Kakashi, danzo and guy is more than enough. Adding tsunade, her anbu, k11, root, choza,shikaku, kiba's clan, hyuuga clan, sarutobi clan, and much more is just overkill.

I saw how that one little leaf with Amaterasu flames on it solo'd that forest in the Sasuke v. Itachi fight, I don't think it takes much so maybe he stands on the hokage statue, amaterasus a couple buildings and books it haha greatest troll ever ^_^

1)he used amaterasu continuously as sasuke was running on top of the building thats why the forest was on fire.
2)The flames of amaterasu don't spread and burns slowly.
3) he was quite exhausted after doing that.

Burning buildings won't help him beat konoha. That's just a waste of chakra.

No no absolutely not.
He can't amaterasu all village cause many people can seal it.
I think the Yamanaka clan can end it very quickly.
And itachi is not madara or nagato level, he can't fight so many people.
