Well, I suppose he could troll by having Susano'o active from the start and go around playing hack 'n' slash, but since I doubt that, I'd say no, unless he basically wrecks his eye by spamming Amaterasu all over until he is blind, but he isn't under normal circumstances wreckless, so no.
