Show me a scan of him doing so without some sort of severe drawback and itll be considered. Itachi cant spam MS or he will run out of chakra or go blind. Once that happens, its game over.

you can't say he will go blind after he amatersu sasuke and the entire uchiha hide out, while activating susanoo later.
Stop with the misconception of low stamina, but itachi still can't win though because no one has succesfully beat the entire
leaf village and lived or win for that matter

Itachi went blind after having it for 9 years... you cant estimate what kind of stamina he had in his prime, comparing it to instances in part 1 or 2. even when he came to konoha the first time he had had it for 6 years.

Did he constantly spam it trying to save himself from being killed by thousands of shinobi? No he hasnt, and has never faced several ninja at once without some sort of back-up like Kisame, which is his weakness. His genjutsu skills and MS techniques are amazing when up against one person, but when up against several people, the efficiency of his techniques decreases and further decreases according to how many more ninja are up against him.

And Itachis stamina in the DB is a 2, which is the lowest stat given to any one shinobi. DB's dont take into account any illnesses or powerups, so the 2 is correct.

I feel the turn out would have been much different if team guy was there, he would have at least had a much harder time. Itachi would not be able to evaluate everyone could focus on one target, instead of 6 across the entire village

itachi is not the type to go out recklessly in day time, when everyone is awake, like a fool .
Nagato wanted to know about naruto and he destroyed a village in the process.
BUT Itachi would have done it easily... he would have bypassed the barrier, genjutsu'd somebody with intel and job done.
If it was destorying konoha, he would have gone at night and killed the big shots like kakashi,tsunade,gai etc...

your assuming things you have no proof of, itachi fought a resistance of uchiha, even though it was a surprise attack he already showed that he can defeat 3 tomoe (Speed comprehension) without them being able to react.

I meant Itachi fighting alone against someone without Kisame to back him up with his huge chakra reserves.

You are way overrating itachis stamina. There is a reason Kishi didnt give him massive amounts of stamina which was used to balance out his character and abilities. If he had as much stamina as you are suggesting he has, then he would be unstoppable.

Itachi doesn't have large scale destructive Jutsu like Pain did. If anything, he'll cause major damage with Amaterasu and Susanoo, but that's if he gets the chance to use them before getting blitzed by Konoha's Finest.

Just imagine that Prime Itachi had a hatred toward Konoha for whatever reason and he was selected by the Akatsuki to destroy Konoha. This is the Konoha that Pain invaded -this includes all Konoha combantants that defended Konoha + Team Guy but Naruto cannot and will not participate in the fight.

With these conditions, could a Prime Healthy Itachi solo his former village?

If yes, how would he do it?

*This is my first NB post. Been lurking these forums for quite sometimes and decided to finally make an account, Wooo!*

1) Even if naruto was in this fight I doubt he would stand a chance. Especially if it was a 1-on-1 (like 6path vs naruto). My reasoning? Naruto can't handle itachi's genjutsu. Maybe his Sage Mode will help a bit (doubtful), but the last time he went toe-to-toe with itachi was that one time in the forest with 30% itachi, and he got locked into genjutsu quite easily. But naruto is disregarded in this, so it doesn't matter.

2) Assuming Itachi has enough stamina/Chakra (we really don't know how far he can push) and can sustain his Susano'o + YM + totsuka for a considerable amount of time, there's no one in the village that'd be able to stand toe-to-toe with him in a 1 vs 1.

Itachi's Top tier Genjutsu, amaterasu and susano'o will make him a mid to high diff opponent for the entire leaf.
But, in the end, do I think he'd win? Doubtful. Don't get me wrong, itachi is brilliant and very strong. But, the leaf has a diverse selection of ninjas with varying abilities. And with top strategists such as shikaku and shikamaru to pull everyone's abilities into beautiful combinations, itachi will get overwhelmed and die.

Itachi has no AoE attack, like god path, to smash the entire leaf and have them wonder wtf hit them. And quite frankly, he's a konoha nin... One of the only reasons pain got that far was because they knew absolutely nothing about the guy(Well and the fact that he was/is OP to the moon and back). They know almost everything about itachi. Pain was 100% mystery, itachi is maybe 10%.

tl;dr; Itachi dies and i'm and itachi fan.
