Could Itachi solo Konoha?

Just imagine that Prime Itachi had a hatred toward Konoha for whatever reason and he was selected by the Akatsuki to destroy Konoha. This is the Konoha that Pain invaded -this includes all Konoha combantants that defended Konoha + Team Guy but Naruto cannot and will not participate in the fight.

With these conditions, could a Prime Healthy Itachi solo his former village?

If yes, how would he do it?
If no, why do you concur?

Yes I did read the OP. Itachi doesnt have high stamina at all even in prime healthy form. Dont give me the illness excuse either. Its not a bijuu level increase in chakra reserves, so its not gonna make a difference.
