EMS Sasuke from war arc is enough to beat Itachi let alone prime Sasuke. Current Sasuke would blitz Itachi or Ameni him into his attack. Itachi was only Kage level while MS Sasuke was Kage level and EMS Sasuke above that; only difference was that Itachi was older so his skills were more honed but Sasuke more than made up for that in the Last at 19 (Chidori destroyed half a meteor) and Itachi was 21 so Sasuke doesn't even need to be Itachi's age to beat him (this is without him needing Rinnegan).

Sasuke as an adult no, as a teenager, maybe. Itachi had a lot of random jutsus and shit that i didnt even understand like the izanagi bullshit he pulled on kabuto and his random crows and shishu eye powers. plus i feel sasuke would slip up having to fight his brother.

Look at Naruto in Gaiden get pierce by simple sword not Totsuka or Kusanagi just simple sword. Actually Shin can do more like slicing Naruto in half. He save because he got Kurama for healing.

If I want to go outside of Naruto verse, I take DB for example. Goku's body get a hole after Sorbet shot him with laser.
