Of course he would win! Itachi is one of the strongest character in Naruto. Who is Kabuto in compare to him XD XD
Could Itachi been capable of handling Kabuto by himself?

Itachi gets decimated. He only did as well as he did because of three reasons:
1. He was an Edo.
2. Sasuke's help.
3. Kabuto didn't use Edo Tensei.

Well,let's put it this way ......Itachi had no problem in defeating Kabuto on his own since, Kabuto was not even a match for him ...........But, Kabuto's troblesome JUTSU , Edo Tensai is not something that Itachi could handle on his own ....so it would had been a hell of a jutsu for Itachi with out Sasuke's assistance........

It's obvious that Itachi would've defeated Kabuto. SOLO KING BEATS ALL

A healthy Itachi . .Naw.
Against an opponent who basically renders Itachi's genjutsu useless, quick enough to evade any regular attack sent his way. . . Kabuto would force Itachi into use his MS techniques rather early. The fight would play out eerily similar to the manga.
Though Itachi would be suffering after each use of his MS techniques, Susano'o can't be maintained as long, and getting into close range to activate or get the needed physical prep ready first, for Itachi, to use Izanami would cause unwanted harm.
Kabuto would take this if he does nearly everything he did in the canon fight. Itachi would wear himself out.
Kabuto low-mid diff.
