My theory:
-Sasuke will turn good and help naruto win the war
-Sasuke then returns to konaha
-Sasuke suddenly wants to become hokage
-naruto and Sasuke fight off for the reputation of being hokage
-Naruto knowing what happened in the past (hashirama vs Madara) he steps down from being hokage so Sasuke doesn't turn out to be another Madara.

And could it be that Oro turns good ?
Or will he be the new op enemy XD

Sasuke will never become hokage and the only way he goes back to konoha is if Naruto unites the entire world. He cost the raikage an arm and tried to kidnap Bee. Welcoming Sasuke back and protecting him could invite war from kumo who is the strongest militarily. Even with Naruto and Sasuke on their side how could the hokage in good conscience allow Sasuke back knowing that thousands will die because of it?

That won't be a problem i think....many ninjas in past have murdered or killed ninjas of other villages as a part of their mission..,.sasuke is a missing nin currently but once his status has a missing nin is removed from bingo book, there is absolutely nothing the raikage can do.....and if somehow sasuke helps the alliance then that would be good enough to convince the kages that he ain't that bad...however sasuke being hokage is just impossible......i don't think he would want be hokage in the first place.....

Well.... If you would have checked then the guy you quoted already posted in this thread and agreed to OP today.... So it gives a impression that you probably missed the date.... Anyways at least Naruto and Sasuke have a legit reason to fight now.... =D =D
