Could it be that Kuina did not die and is now part of the revolutionary, just re-watched episode 504, and apparently Kashiro is somehow involved with the Rovulutionary Army.

Could it be that revolutionary army scouted for young people and asked if he could give them one or two children for them to train further and Kashiro chose his Daughter becouse he dint want to feel any guilt for giving away some people children away.

Or mybe he is also a revolutionary, and his wife might have threatened to take Kuina away so he saw it best to give her away to the revolutionary becouse his wife might have been a Noble.

We thought Sabo died and he dint, Kuina Death is also a mystery, It looks more like a cover up thn an actual death, as for Tashigi and Kuina I believe they are Sister instead of one person, but they don't know each other becouse they dint grow up together.

One more possibility is that Kashiro might not be Kuina real father and that's the reason he gave her away to the revolutionary.

What do you think?

Your points are ok, but if Kuina is alive it'll affect Zoro's peronality and resolve.

Could it be that Kuina is dead because she has a grave and the author himself said she was dead? I think so. If Kuina is alive, goodbye to a great chunk of Zoro's character and development.....

Not every character that is apparently dead has to pull a Sabo.

This might sound weird but what if Kuina is Tashigi actually?

What if Kuina lost her memory? What if she really isn't dead? Falling down the stairs and die? Now that's what I call an unlucky death.

Kuina was older than Zoro.Same how Tashigi is older than Zoro also.

This might be an extreme on point parallel or just the fact that Tashigi indeed is Kuina.

Only thing which doesn't fit is that Kuina was older only one year than Zoro, but Tashigi is older 2 years.

Anyways I wouldn't like to see Kuina alive since Zoro development would go down to a river.

I think she's alive but for him too pull it off for the sake of Zoro being the best to carry on her Will. She can't let Zorro know she's alive like wear a mask or face change

This again ?

I'll just post my reply from two weeks ago then

Not impossible no, except she got a funeral service and her body was shown right there in the manga. This is the part where the anime boys and the manga readers get separated:

You must be registered for see images

And after that she was put in the ground:

You must be registered for see images

So unless Moria made her a zombie, this theory is just as dead as Kuina.
