There is no time limit for premium users to close their own threads, but there seems to be a time limit to delete them. I think premium users already have the ability to delete their own threads, but the time limit for when it is made and being unable to delete them is about 3 months (I think).

I'm looking at some of my old threads from years ago, and I don't want to see them anymore, so could it be possible to extend the time period and make it unlimited.

*Since this is only a premium perk, I am only talking about them.

I thought only Mods hold that power. And threads are rarely deleted unless it severely breaks forum rules, which is not really deleted and moved to a hidden forum labeled "Trash".

Agree, that would be awesome! Since I too have threads I don't want to see anymore but don't want to spam admins either

I don't mind that all my old threads are piled up, if anything it just shows how idiotic and troll i was back then compared to now lol, but why would anyone bother going there anyway.

Though it would be nice to just delete them all. No reason in keeping a bunch of old pointless threads.

If you have a thread you want to delete, report your own thread with a message why you want it deleted. Most of the times we will delete it unless we find the thread important or worth keeping in public as sometimes other people than the thread starter have written good posts within the thread and people that use the search function might appreciate that. As someone mentioned earlier in this thread is that threads aren't actually deleted they are just archived in a trash sections while the threads deleted by premium members during those 3 months is actually soft deleted instead of moved to the trash section which makes it harder to find and restore if the member would change his/her mind.
