To be honest evolution is the only possibility of this occurring. Doctors believe that our spine will actually adapt to us up right walkers in about 10,000 years. So a eye that can do everything the sharigan can do is nearly forever plus conditions have to be right....... but If you just want the look that could be a random mutation causing multiple pupils and extreme irritation (red eyes). Which are mostly for the worst. So in the end no.

the sad part is that our current lifestyle has dramatically changed our evolutionary progress... stuff wich would normally die out in nature are kept alive by medical and social help etc..... disadvantages which would normally cause the end of that passing gene, which causes that disadvantage would normally die eventually, but in todays society most stuff keeps staying and contiuing... :-/ and no a sharingan is physically impossible, since it doesnt make any sense whatsoever. havng more pupils and/or a star shaped pupil would simply make you see less and worse rofl. how should an eye be able to foretell movement? most stuff the sharingan does are physically impossible
