Could Hokage Naruto handle the job?

We all know Naruto became super strong but can he handle the administrative functions of being Hokage? all the paper work,meetings and stuff, we know he's umm.. not the brightest guy in Konoha , so could he do it?

Kage title means nothing anymore, after Tobi owned the leaf and got the 4th kage Minato killed when he only was 15 years old uchiha kid.
Kages are just names they mean nothing, and they're not the strongest out there.

I'm not asking if the Kages are the strongest or not, I'm asking about competency, is Naruto competent enough to handle the responsibilities of Hokage? remember Hashirama founded the lead but Tobirama modernized it.

Naruto is much too naive to be able to handle the job of Hokage. Let alone make the tough decisions that would make or break the whole village. In my opinion he still has way way way many more years to go before he can be Hokage, strength isn't the only thing that goes into consideration for the rank of Hokage.
