Yes.

There is no way, physically or by name, that she can become an Uzumaki. She might TAKE that name if she marries Naruto since Naruto hasn't decided to change to his actual name, but she'll never actually be one. Her kids would be 1/4 Uzumaki though

-Asian countries like China, Korea, Japan, the "Last name, Sur Name" comes foward instead of coming backwords. At the sametime when a female marries, she does not carry the males sur name. This is the case for Korea, Japan, China. So as far as carrying Naruto's last name IF hinata ends up marrying him. It will never happen!
