We've already been shown that Infinite Tsukuyomi can pierce through walls, leaving people helpless as the branches wrap them up. So would it affect Hidan? Kishimoto said he would eventually die of malnutrition, but do you think he's still alive to be affected?

if we're being brutally honest here, hidan is most likely dead. a lot of time has passed since then, considering it's naruto's birthday and whatnot

He is not alive, because he is not capable of making sacrifices for his god Jashin, and when he doesn't do that,he will die

I actually saw a gif where Hidan pops out of Infinite Tsukuyomi alive and well, only for a deer to come out of nowhere and ram him back into the pit.
