I know for a fact that at leas three of the above posters are haters with more partiality than a negative force to a positive one.

Hebi Sasuke was going toe to toe with Akatsuki level enemies, a part 1 genin with no applicable battle experience isn't posing a problem. As Chiyo noted, pin sharp reflexes and an instinct for battle movements come from battle experience.

If Lee tries to get close to Sasuke, he gets electrocuted via Chidori Nagashi.

Part 1 Lee himself pondered over Sasuke's superior battle instincts at the Chunin Exams alongside seeing that he had gained his level of unweighted speed, admitted inferiority.
