could healthy itachi actually have beat tobi with izanami and genjutsu?

well some say itachi can beat tobi if he was healthy and some say tobi would beat itachi with his space time.


is there actually a way for itachi to beat tobi and i think it is possible it would all lie in genjutsu, tobi genjutsu is good but it doesn't look like it has as much time space control of itachi and i think if itachi put madara in genjutsu it would be his best way in beating madara.


even though tobi has space time itachi could just amerterasu his surroundings and wait for him to attack underneath so that itachi can counter as soon as tobi touches itachi and go use his tsykuyomi when he looks at tobi or his his finger genjutsu to put tobi in a mind trap and itachi could just beat him with the genjutsu.


I haven't seen tobi teleport any where but to the ground to where he can actually touch something not the air where ever he can go, minato only got on top of tobi since his marker was there and rasengan tobi.

i think another way would to be just to use izanami on tobi and he could put tobi in a infinite loop since he doesn't acknowledge the things he does and doesn't want an identity and takes other just like kabuto.

so when itachi uses izanami then tobi will be in a loop then itachi can amerterasu tobi before he can wake up if he does.


basically i think itachi can beat tobi with just genjutsu instead of a physical fight and that is why tobi is amazed of itachi genjutsu and said itachi could have beaten him since itachi has izanami and it is use to fight izangi so maybe that is what he meant.
i think the secret was really tobi identity so itachi didn't think it was safe to use the jutsu if tobi knew his identity and stuff and how to break the genjutsu but do you think it is possible.

Izanami only forces you to accept your true self. Tobi might have accepted what he is and it won't work like how it did on Kabuto who had a major identity crisis. Using Izanami on Tobi would be a great risk.

itachi may have a chance to beat tobi but it was too much of a risk and he would lose an eye so that is why i don't think he fought him but i think it is possible, He claimed him self as no one like kabuto but i just think tobi was trying outsmart itachi in their encounter so itachi never really knew who tobi was and is.
