Considering he is merely a walking corpse supplied with an unlimited amount of Chakra and reinforced at full form, all being irrelevant to basic body functions, I would consider the ability to produce children not within his almighty arsenal of the Unholy Resurrection abilities, his fertility would likely be entirely vacant, although I am curious of such a matter too.
