Nope Kabuto was already in Izanami. Itachi had already released the souls. Madara only took control of soul from departing.

You're taking that quote way too literally. What Hashirama is saying is Itachi is a better ninja. It's like saying you are a much better person than I am. Not in terms of skills or what not, but as a human. That sort of thing.

I beg to differ. Madara was attacking of his own volition. Also...Madara and Dan as an Edo cannot be put in the same category as Madaras version was special, correct? Also he still did it without Kabuto as Kabuto never cancelled Edo, correct?
