Could Hashirama's scroll hold most if not all of the jutsus in the world?

Hashirama was regarded as not only the strongest shinobi, but the god of shinobi who fought and united all the clans and created the villages. He left behind a scroll that naruto learned his mass kage bunshin from. Is it possible Hashirama, Tobirama and Hiruzen left the secrets to all their jutsus on this scroll? Minato had to learn FTG from somewhere just as Orochimaru had to learn Edo Tensei and Hiruzen was stated to be the god of shinobi of his era as well who mastered over a thiusand jutsu.

Edo Tensei, FTG, Needle Jizo/wild lion's mane, Shadow Imitation, Mind transfer, Cho Baika, 8 gates, all the sage modes including those we haven't seen, lightning armor, chakra puppet strings, Reaper Death seal, four element seal, Byakugou and several other forbidden Uzumaki fuinjutsus, fang wolf fang, hiding in the mist, silent killing, rock clone, added weight rock, golem technique, all bukijutsu (weapons), etc.

We don't know the amount of space their jutsu formula takes up. Check this out though Jiraiya sealed Amaterasu nd look how much space that took up. Although this could be due to the strength of amaterasu

...Such as? I also didn't state he was the only one who inscribed it. Tobirama and Hiruzen may have as well. Hiruzen was stated to know all the jutsus of the village as well.
