Could Hanabi awaken the Tenseigan?

Hear me out. So Toneri steals her eyes (Hyuuga clan chakra) and implants them in himself (Otsutsuki clan chakra) which awakens the Tenseigan, just the same as Uchiha and Senju chakra awakens the Rinnegan. We know that Hanabi gets her eyes back at the end of The Last, but is Toneri's chakra still in her eyes? And if it is, do her eyes still have an awakened Tenseigan in them or is that not possible since Hanabi isn't Otsutsuki?
