hum nah Ootsutsuki is just a clan name, Kimimaro's clan probably took Kaguya as their main name because she used to be worshipped as a goddess on Earth before turning cray-cray, it's like an hommage imo.

also it doesn't make sense to use the non japanese words/names to elaborate a theory since you can say the same thing or refer to the same idea using different symbols in this language (ex: Hinata and Hyuuga or Naruto and Uzumaki are the same stuff repeated twice).

Hyuuga is a random clan that exist thousand years after Kaguya era, Kaguya is the first wielder of Byakugan eyes.

The only clan that been mention in The Last is only Otsutsuki clan and no where to be found any Hyuuga clan info there in Otsutsuki era.
